Overview:
Singapore Paincare Holdings Limited (“Singapore Paincare” or “the Group”) is a healthcare group with a specialization in treating and managing chronic and acute pain conditions across multiple medical disciplines.
We aim to be Asia’s leading one-stop pain management center. Through our ecosystem of primary care and specialist clinics, as well as rehabilitation and wellness centers, our professional medical team of specialist doctors, general practitioners, TCM physicians, and therapists support our patients on their journey from treatment to recovery and to ongoing wellness.
Singapore Paincare was incorporated in 2018 and has been listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX) since 30 July 2020.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in booking appointments, billing, and checking patient details using Clinic Assist software.
- Assist in the booking of radiology scans, operating theatre, ward, and other related bookings.
- Submission of claims through various insurance portals.
- Standing in as a chaperone and assisting the doctor during patient consultations.
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Working Hours:
- 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
- 8:30 am - 1:00 pm (Saturday)
Job Requirements:
- Friendly and approachable, with good interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Prior experience in the clinic would be an advantage.
- Job Environment: Small and cohesive team.
