We have deep industry knowledge and an experienced HR team that would advise Clients on their needs from the aspects of hiring, employment, payroll, compliance, and dispute settlement till the exit of employment.
What You'll Do:
- Administer work injury claims.
- Liaise with insurer and staff on work injury matters.
- Reporting work injury incidents to MOM timely.
- To ensure Key Performance Index and Service Level Agreement are met.
- Issuance of Letter of Guarantee for staff’s admission to an external hospital.
- Handle staff inquiries on the claim and LOG matters.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 6:00 pm)
Working Location:
Job Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resources or Business-related discipline.
- 1 year of relevant experience especially in the healthcare sector (preferred), post grads are welcome to apply.
- Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
- Able to work under tight timelines and respond to changing priorities.
- IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amounts of data.
- Organized, meticulous, and proactive.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills.
