Under no circumstances shall HealthCareJobs.SG be liable to any user on account of that user’s use or misuse of or reliance on the HealthCareJobs.SG services. Under no circumstances shall HealthCareJobs.SG be liable to any user for any claim relating to recovery of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages whether such claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, (even if HealthCareJobs.SG have been advised of the possibility of such damages). General Terms of Product

“Sponsored Jobs” and “Company Logo” shall be collectively referred to “Product”.

All logos and content are subject to approval from HealthCareJobs.SG. We reserve the right to reject any logo or content that we deem unsuitable for the Site.
Advertisers must provide any image and/or logo specifications as per the Product specifications that can be provided upon request.
Cancellation, refund or deferment of a trial or plan is not permitted unless otherwise agreed mutually by both parties.
Sponsored Jobs will appear at the top of a search results page where the candidate search results query matches that of the Advertisers Job Ad. Where there is no set search query HealthCareJobs.SG site will randomly allocate the Sponsored Jobs for the search.

General

If any part of this agreement is held invalid that part shall be severed from this agreement and the remainder of this agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable. Termination of this agreement will not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of this agreement.

HealthCareJobs.SG reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time without notice.

The laws governing these Terms will be the laws in Singapore and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction the courts of Singapore.
