What You'll Do:

Lead a team of executives and oversee the daily operations performed by them.

Lead, planned, and work with the IT support team to carry out system enhancements.

Liaise with business partners such as HDB and banks to design and improve inter-organizational processes and system link-ups.

Review HPS scheme policies and processes, and make recommendations, as well as liaise with legal support and parent Ministry on HPS legislative changes where required.

Assist in explaining HPS policies and/or processes to dissatisfied members.

Job Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office and automation tools such as RPA and macros.
Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
Independent, resourceful, has good initiative, and positive attitude.
A team player and able to meet deadlines while multi-tasking.
