Not every patient is the same and it takes time and familiarity to build a relationship. Our single-doctor model of care aims to achieve this. By seeing the same doctor at every visit, we hope to understand you better and forge a strong relationship with you and your family. With that, we can tailor personalized healthcare plans for you, with you.
What You'll Do:
Provide receptionist duties at the front counter.
Register patients.
Prepare and dispense medications.
Collect payments.
Handle phone calls/inquiries.
Submit claims for managed health contracts, insurance, CHAS/PG, Medisave, or other schemes.
Assist doctors in simple clinical procedures including Chaperone.
Perform basic tests on patient (E.g. measurement of height, and weight, administering urine test, vision test, etc.).
Operate/maintain/set up of clinic equipment.
Check/order/top up of medications and supplies.
Maintain general cleanliness of the clinic.
Maintained filing system and medicine/consumables stock, coordinated appointments, and other admin duties.
Job Requirements:
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Min GCE “N”, “O” levels or ITE certificate or equivalent.
- Prior experience in medicine dispensing will be an advantage.
- Able to converse in English and another language (Mandarin, Malay, and/or Tamil).
- Computer literate.
- Pleasant disposition and service orientated.
- Committed and responsible.
