With a long and established track record in Singapore providing Obstetrics and Gynaecology (“O&G”) services such as pre-pregnancy counseling, delivery, pregnancy, and post-delivery care, the Group has since further expanded its spectrum of healthcare services to include Paediatrics, Dermatology, and Cancer-related General Surgery (Colorectal, Breast & Thyroid).
The Group’s clinics, under its four operating segments of O&G, Paediatrics, Oncology, and Dermatology, are strategically located throughout Singapore to provide easy access to its patients.
What You'll Do:
- Provide frontline customer service.
- Scheduling of appointments and patient registration.
- Booking of referral appointments.
- Handling phone calls and inquiries.
- Process medical insurance, tax invoices, and payment collection.
- Maintaining inventory levels.
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties.

- 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
- 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
- 9:30 am - 12:30 pm/ 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm/ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
- 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (Saturday)
- 8:30 am - 12:30 pm (Saturday)

Job Requirements:
- Secondary School/”O” Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
- Ability to converse in English and Mandarin.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Knowledge in medical insurance processing.
- Experienced using Microsoft Office, Healthcare systems & IT Savvy.
- Able to start work on short notice is preferred.
