Overview:
Frontier Healthcare Group was formed in the year 2002 through the merger of 3 general practice clinics. Currently, we are operating 11 general practice clinics and 1 Family Medicine Clinic (FMC). These clinics are staffed by a core team of Family Physicians and General Practitioners. We recognize that it is important for our doctors to be trained and certified in postgraduate family medicine to deliver high standards of care to our community. In addition, our clinic assistants are required to undergo continuing training to maintain the Group’s minimum standards in the delivery of healthcare services. In this way, we strive to build a quality healthcare team.
What You'll Do:
- Provide frontline customer service.
- Registration and scheduling of appointments for patients.
- Collect Payments from patients.
- Manage Patient Satisfactory Survey (PSS) targets.
- Ensure overall cleanliness of the clinic premises is maintained, clinic equipment is functional, and relevant reading materials and posters at the reception area are updated.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage.
- Enrolled nurses may be considered.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good customer-service mindset.
