Overview:
At One Spine Chiropractic, our goal is to educate the patient on the importance of taking care of their own health. We are not “fixing” a problem, but guiding the patient towards making a change. By doing this, we encourage them to take the driver seat, take the wheel and take control. Our Singapore chiropractors are the passengers that provide guidance in the right direction.
What You'll Do:
Responsible for day-to-day operations at the clinic.
Assist the Doctor as they provide chiropractic and physical rehabilitation treatment.
Communicate and provide assistance to our patients - Schedule appointments and answer telephone inquiries and emails.
Management of invoices and payments at the clinic - Ensure that the clinic is kept clean and tidy at all times.
Participate in corporate events (if required).
Rotation to different clinics (another branch in Clementi) when deemed necessary to support the clinic operations.
Working Days:
- 5 days work week (4 weekdays and 1 weekend - 38 hours)
Working Hours:
- 10:00 am - 2:00 pm/ 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
- 10:00 am - 3:00 pm (Saturday and Sunday)
Job Requirements:
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Work proactively within a team of staff.
- Confident and fluent in English.
- Computer Literacy is required.
- Responsible, dependable, and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a clinic environment.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
