What You'll Do:
- Provides quality dispensing service and pharmaceutical care.
- Provides Outpatient Pharmacy Services (e.g. medication review service, anticoagulation service- ACS) to patients.
- Provides drug counseling to patients and drug information to healthcare professionals and handles queries from the public.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Pharmacy and be a Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
- The candidate takes initiative and is able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
