What You'll Do:
- Logging of cases that are seen via video consultation at Doctor Anywhere.
- Packing the medications that have been prescribed by the doctor online.
- Arranging for deliveries of medications.
- Working closely with our operations team and delivery partners to ensure that medications are delivered smoothly and on time.
- Ensuring that medications packed are correct.
- Assist the telemedicine lead in managing the inventory.
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Able to work on a shift basis, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Able to attend 1-2 weeks of paid training at the beginning of employment.
Prior experience working in a pharmacy/clinic setting is advantageous.
Good Computer Literacy skills.
Attention to detail and meticulousness are a must.
Able to work in a team.
You have unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do.
Genuine curiosity and a strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
Experience working within a tech startup and hyper-growth environment would be a bonus.
A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required.
Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there are always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
