Overview:
Our story began back in 2008 when our Managing Pharmacist, Jayne Wee, opened our first compounding pharmacy in Singapore. However, our mission to create unique customized medications for some of the most common conditions we face today came about much earlier.
Born in Kuching, Jayne grew up surrounded by nature and animals. Years later, as a result of a close family member undergoing chemotherapy and being unable to take conventional medicines, she was compelled to look into other fields, including nutritional and herbal medicine. Her affinity with nature and this heartfelt calling ignited her interest in compounding and the spark behind Amber.
Today, we’re a busy compounding and retail pharmacy with branches in Singapore and Malaysia. Our team of specialized pharmacists creates customized medications for doctors, veterinarians, naturopaths, and other healthcare practitioners. We also work in partnership with our clients, providing ongoing pharmaceutical support and advice.

What You'll Do:
Plan, coordinate, and ensure efficient compounding processes.
Review, and interpret prescriptions, manage medication processing, and ensure safe and timely dispensing.
Organize and direct pharmacy technicians' workflow, verifying preparations and labeling, order entries, charges, and inspections.
Manage and mentor pharmacy technicians in professional development and job functions.
Facilitate pharmacy staffing and ensure staff/technicians receive appropriate training.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Active Pharmacist license in Singapore.
- Ability to read, write,e and speak English competently.
- Working knowledge of key software tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal customer service skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Highly reliable and resourceful.
