Overview:
Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH), a 795-bed general and acute care hospital, opened in June 2010. Serving more than 550,000 people living in the northern sector of Singapore, KTPH combines medical expertise with high standards of personalized care, set within a healing environment, to provide care that is good enough for our own loved ones.

KTPH is part of Yishun Health, a network of medical institutions and health facilities under the National Healthcare Group in the north of Singapore, which also includes Yishun Community Hospital and community extensions such as Wellness Kampung and Admiralty Medical Centre.
What You'll Do:
SPECIFIC
- Work closely and support assigned Clinical Departments in the development and operational management of new/ existing clinical services and patient-centric work processes across the care continuum.
- Work closely and support the assigned Clinical Departments in business, financial, operational, and manpower planning in achieving department and organization targets. This would include but is not limited to, developing and carrying out a business plan in conjunction with Clinical HOD to ensure goals are reached.
- Work closely with Clinical HOD and Operation HOD to raise the profile and image of the department and its doctors.
- Work closely with Clinical HOD on regular review of Clinical Department/ service line performance indicators (i.e. Balance Score Card, Financial Performance ) and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Work closely with stakeholders on the purchase of medical equipment/equipment to support the clinical services of the department.
- Support in data management and analysis of performance indicators.
GENERAL
- Be a leader in embracing change.

- Support all corporate activities.
- Foster continuous improvement as our way of life by encouraging staff efforts at improving processes to achieve operational excellence.
Job Requirements:
- Basic degree.
- 1-3 years in service industry/health-care-related areas. Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Executive.
- Knowledge of hospital operations.
- Possess a positive attitude, initiative, and keenness to learn.
- Possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of computer software.
- Knowledge of statistics.
