What You'll Do:
- License renewal: Dental clinic, diagnostic equipment and related clinical equipment.
- Service contract and preventive maintenance scheduling.
- Purchasing and inventory checks of selected clinical items.
- Tracking of lab cases (internal and external lab).
- Tracking of implant consignment stock and inventory.
- Lab fees tabulation and calculation.
- Handle occasion IT and server matters when needed.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the reporting officer.
Job Requirements:
- At least “A” level or Diploma-qualified.
- Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant clinical work experience in a dental clinic or dental lab for consideration.
- Former/current experienced dental assistants who are looking to progress into an administration and coordination role would be highly preferred.
- An organized, systematic, responsible, and hardworking person, always with an eye for details.
- Must be result-driven and task-oriented
- Team player.
