Overview:
The National Heart Centre Singapore (NHCS) is a national and regional referral center for cardiovascular diseases. Established in 1998, NHCS is the pioneer in cardiovascular care in Singapore.
NHCS provides comprehensive cardiac care, from preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic to rehabilitative services. It is also the only heart and lung transplantation center in Singapore.
What You'll Do:
- You will provide administrative support to the nursing department.
- Your duties will include maintaining databases and collating statistical reports.
- You are expected to attend to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- You will also assist the department with service quality-related initiatives, corporate functions, and ad hoc projects.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline or GCE “O” Level with at least 3 years of clerical/administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- A team player with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
