What You'll Do:
Deliver excellent service for patients who visit our Dental Clinic.
Prepare patients for dental treatment and take dental diagnostic X-rays.
Assist doctor during dental procedures.
To provide patient care information and instructions prescribed by Dentists to patients i.e. Post op instructions, and oral hygiene instructions.
Prepare and set up instrument trays for dental procedures.
Manage and organize patient medical and treatment records.
Ensure proper disinfection and maintenance of dental chairs, equipment, and instruments in the clinic.
Support dentists in the management of medical and dental emergencies.
Register patients for visits to the Dental Clinic.
Perform billing processes, explain charges, and assist patients with various finance schemes available.
Help in additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level.
- Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff.
- Healthcare experiences with a Certificate in Dental Assistant Course preferred.
- Possible radiation exposure when assisting in x-ray taking.
