What You'll Do:
Assisting Responsibilities:
Assist our dentists efficiently in all dental treatments.
Ensure the comfort of patients throughout treatment.
Clean, sterilize, and prepare dental instruments and equipment as required.
Maintain high standards of infection control during clinical procedures and sterilization processes.
Reception Responsibilities:
Provide quality reception and check-in service to patients (E.g. registration, walk-in inquiries, etc.).
Attend to clinic phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Organize patient appointments, reminders, and after-care follow-ups.
Perform check-out procedures (E.g. payment collection, medicine dispensing, etc.).
General Admin duties (E.g. organizing patient records, claims, and submissions, tracking and ordering clinical supplies, lab tracking).
Maintain the general cleanliness and neatness of the clinic.

Job Requirements:
- Friendly personality and positive working attitude - willing to learn.
- Service-oriented and able to work well in a team.
- Meticulous and organized, able to prioritize and act accordingly.
- Good work ethic and adherence to clinic policies.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Similar dental work experience or customer service background would be advantageous.
