What You'll Do:
Keep accurate records of all services provided and billing for residents.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and SOPs.
Conduct admission and routine assessments of residents/clients.
Conduct initial assessments of clients to identify their individual needs and formulate appropriate occupational therapy programs.
Develop and implement individualized therapy programs that address Activities of Daily Living, Upper Limb Function and Control, Sensory and Perceptual Skills, Cognition, Behaviour, and Social Skills Training.
Work with clients on a one-to-one basis or in groups, depending on the level of function and severity.
Others
Review and suggest improvements to work processes.
Supervise and train junior support care staff for occupational therapy-related activities.
Maintain proper equipment and inventory control through regular inspection and audits, and report faulty equipment promptly.
Job Requirements:
- Full registration with AHPC Singapore and a recognized qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
