Overview:

Bethesda Medical (BM) was established in Suntec City in 1995. Recognizing the limitations of solo GP practices and inherent lack of service support, Bethesda was set up as a multi-doctor comprehensive Medical & Screening Centre with modern equipped facilities to provide care in a convenient location.

What You'll Do:

Taking consent for and conducting general x-rays of patients. (ultrasound examinations and other radiological examinations if required).

Perform in the role of assistant manager of the medical center and manage the day-to-day operations of the medical / radiology center, including ensuring compliance with work protocol, infection protection, and control measures, safe management measures, staff rostering if required, clinical audits, and governance.

Printing of reports, films, CDs, order and purchase of necessary films and other materials required by the Radiology Clinic as well as keeping the machines in general working order.

Printing and collating reports as part of work requirements in the medical center.

Taking appointments for patients, collating results, and ensuring x-ray films are reported promptly and properly.

Liaise and coordinate with other agencies such as x-ray vendors, managing agents, Ministry of Health licensing units, Health Sciences Authority, and others to ensure efficient running of the center, compliance with safety and regulation, as well as timely and accurate submissions of results/reports as required.

Staff must always maintain confidentiality of the company’s business operations and patients’ records. Patients’ records are confidential and are not to be divulged to 3rd party without the consent of the patient in any form unless it is for the purpose of work requirement and/or for necessary submissions to the relevant Ministry or Statutory organizations.

Working Days:

5.5 days work week

Job Requirements:

AHPC Registered license.
2 years of experience.
Able to work in different clinic locations.
