Overview:

ACP was incorporated in 1997 as an Information Communications & Technology (ICT) Service Provider. Our company set the vision of incorporating technology into classroom training for Singapore students. Hence, with the evolving technology landscape, we have grown and expanded our services. At ACP, our passion is still in training and serving learners; Learners from corporate, as individual adults, or as students. With our years of classroom training experience, we have also developed and customized online training platforms for trainers. This would help us to understand their needs. ACP believes that both training and learning are important to everyone. To better engage our learners, we are constantly improving our training methodologies and delivery.

What You'll Do:

Uphold the Company’s vision and mission.

Effectively communicate our center’s nursing standards, policies, and procedures and ensure these are well understood, accessible, and complied with by the junior health care assistants/basic care assistants.

Assist Clinical Nursing Leader to incorporate nursing care policies and procedures in our center.

Assist the Clinical Nursing Leader to review and update relevant nursing care policies and procedures that can be implemented in our center.

Conduct customer rounds to promote and maintain healthy customer satisfaction levels.

Conduct one-on-one essential trainings to customers, to ensure that they are comfortable in the stay within the center.

Act as mentor, coach & counselor to junior health care assistants/basic care assistants.

Assist Clinical Nursing Leader in regular training for junior health care assistants/basic care assistants to ensure the competency level of the staff.

Ensure there is a robust Workplace Safety and health culture within the team.

Work effectively with other team members within the same center.

Able to do shift work.

Perform other assigned duties.

Working Hours:

Day Shift
Night Shift

Job Requirements:

At least a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent (recognized by the Singapore Nursing Board).
Good working attitude with the ability to work in a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Courteous and exhibit genuine concern for patients.
