Overview:
Quest Laboratories Pte Ltd (Quest) and Innovative Diagnostics Pte Ltd (IDPL) were established in 1995 and 1996 respectively. Quest is the amalgamation of five laboratories, namely Heal Laboratory, The Medical Laboratory, Quest Laboratory, Gribbles Pathology, and Doctor’s Lab; while IDPL was formed from the merger of Meditest Switzerland and Innovative Diagnostics.
Pathology Asia Holdings (PAH), as part of TPG Capital Asia – a leading global private investment firm– acquired both IDPL and Quest in September 2018. After a year of planning and restructuring, we started our journey to merge the 2 entities into one thus forming Innoquest Diagnostics Pte Ltd.
What You'll Do:
- Collection of blood specimens from patients, including infants and children via venipuncture, finger prick, or heel prick methods.
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests while rotating through various sections delivering accurate, reliable, and precise test results promptly and efficiently, which assists the physicians in patient diagnosis.
- Ensure patient identification matches official documents and patient compliance with test requirements.
- Strictly observe pre-blood collection, blood collection, and post-blood collection procedures.
- Provide good service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of medical supplies stocked and utilized by the phlebotomy team.
- Perform other ad-hoc job tasks or projects as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any field.
- Certificate in phlebotomy.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant hands-on phlebotomy experience.
- Willing to travel across Singapore and work in outpatient and project settings.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
