Overview:

SATA CommHealth is Here To Care for the health of seniors and the vulnerable in the community. We have served around 200,000 patients in the medical centers every year. We serve our beneficiaries through community events, subsidized care at our medical centers as well as home and center-based services which include homecare services, doctors-on-wheels, day rehabilitation centers, and Fernvale Community Hub.

We were awarded the Institutions of a Public Character (IPC) status in 2019 and the Charity Governance Award (Large Charities category) in 2018. For four consecutive years from 2016 to 2019 and 2022, we were also awarded the Charity Transparency Award by the Charity Council for its exemplary disclosure practices.

What You'll Do:

Provide nursing services/procedures to clients and advise accordingly.

Perform all other dispensary-related duties as necessary.

Conducts assessment, develops care plan, performs clinical procedures, monitors conditions, and performs re-assessment.

Match/link clients to the appropriate services.

Assess training needs and provide training.

Assist with the development and Manage On-Boarding Programme for new staff.

Supervise junior staff and assist the Center Manager with staff management.

Any other tasks assigned by the Centre Manager.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Nursing with at least 3 years of Nursing experience.
Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
Good customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Preferably with experience in Clinic and ILTC settings (e.g. Homecare).
Applicants with management and supervisory skills will have an added advantage.
