Overview:
Who We Are A boutique oncology practice, specializing in complex oncology. We provide care, in a multi-disciplinary role, that is specific and personalized. We help patients overcome cancer, and rebuild their lives.
What You'll Do:
The doctor will report to the Senior Consultant and will be the Medical Lead for our home care service:
Take the lead in facilitating the delivery of high-quality home care services.
Conducted home medical consultations/teleconsultations and provided clinical advice to individual patients.
Follow up with patients and ensure their clinical well-being.
Work closely with other medical professionals to support and ensure a consistent approach and delivery of care services.
Led the nursing and medical team's in-home care development and growth plan.
Help nurses triage existing and new cases (cases that require clinical / doctor's input).
Conduct pre-employment checks for newly hired staff under the group.
Keep abreast with changes in the local healthcare settings.
Represent the company to participate in external events and meetings.
Staff coaching and development.
Job Requirements:
- MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) or equivalent.
- GDPM (Graduate Diploma in Palliative Medicine) or equivalent will be preferred.
- Clinical experience of at least 5 years with any hospital.
- Valid Practising Certificate.
- Valid BCLS and AED; Experience in palliative/ home hospice will be preferred.
