Overview:

Our practice is led by Dr Chew Min Hoe, an established colorectal surgeon with substantial clinical, academic, and leadership experience in the field. Dr Chew is skilled in colorectal surgery, perianal surgery, advanced treatment for colorectal cancer, pelvic tumors, and more.

Dedicated to restoring colorectal health, our colorectal doctor and nursing team strive to provide tailored and effective treatments for all colorectal conditions in a well-equipped and supportive environment. We aim to achieve the best possible outcome for our patients.

What You'll Do:

Be accountable for services that provide direct nursing care to patients.

Ensure the cleanliness of the reatment room and sterilizing of medical instruments.

Perform front desk duties and doctor's needs such as dispensing of medication and coordination of laboratory and diagnostic services.

Assist the doctor with clinic procedures like dressing.

Handle insurance claims, and phone & email queries.

Prepare for operation (arrange operating theatre, anesthetists & support vendors).

Assist with surgery in the operation theatre.

Assist during endoscopic procedures.

Provide education and financial counseling to patients and family members.

Manage stock inventory and liaise with vendors for drugs/consumables/equipment.

Coordination of the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Assisting in the development and implementation of long-range plans.

Resolving problems, both administrative and operational.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education: Recognised Nursing qualification and registered with the Singapore Nursing Board

Minimum Certification: Diploma in Nursing

Experience: Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply, Endoscopy and Operation assistant skills will be taught
