What You'll Do:

Conducting thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.

Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to accurately diagnose patients' conditions.

Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on patient's medical needs and preferences.

Prescribing medications, therapies, and other medical interventions as necessary.

Educating patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, pharmacists, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.

Staying informed about advancements in medical research, technologies, and treatment modalities.

Adhering to ethical and legal standards in healthcare practices.

Participating in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Job Requirements:

Must be fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (GDFM and MMED are preferable but not essential).
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
